📦 Shipping & Delivery
How do I know when my order will arrive?
We’ll personally call you before delivery to confirm your availability and finalize the drop-off. No need to worry about tracking links – our team makes sure you’re informed directly.
Do you offer delivery tracking?
Currently, we don’t use a tracking system. Instead, we provide a more personal approach: our team contacts you by phone to confirm delivery timing and address details.
What if I miss the delivery call?
If we’re unable to reach you, don’t worry – we’ll try again! Your order won’t be dispatched until we confirm everything with you directly.
What happens if my order is delayed or damaged?
If there’s any issue with your order – like delays or damage on arrival – please contact us immediately. You can request a replacement or refund according to our policy.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver only within Qatar. All orders must be prepaid through our online store.
For orders above QAR 100, delivery is absolutely free.
For orders below QAR 100, a small delivery fee may apply (if shown during checkout). We’ll call you before delivery to confirm the time and location – no surprises, just smooth service.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via Dibsy, supporting all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). Your payment is processed safely and instantly through encrypted channels for maximum security.
Do you accept cash on delivery or personal checks?
No, we only accept prepaid orders through our online payment system. We do not accept personal checks or cash on delivery.
When will my order be shipped after payment?
Once your payment is successfully completed, your order is processed and shipped within 48 hours. We’ll call you before delivery to confirm the drop-off details.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, but only if the product is covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty. We do not offer additional store warranties. Warranty terms, duration, and service are subject to the manufacturer or supplier’s conditions.

Yes, you can request cancellation only if the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Once shipping has started, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

We reserve the right to correct any product, price, or description errors at any time. If an error affects your order, we’ll inform you and offer options to proceed or cancel.
Can RegencyXpress refuse or cancel my order?
Yes. We may refuse or cancel an order if there’s a payment issue, stock unavailability, misuse of promotional codes, or policy violation. Any payment made will be refunded if the order is not processed.
What happens if my order includes out-of-stock items?
If any product in your order is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You can choose to wait for restock, modify your order, or cancel that item with a refund. We always keep you informed every step of the way.
Do I need to agree to any terms before buying?
