Return & Refund Eligibility
If a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund within 5 days of delivery.
The issue must be reported to us within this 5-day window.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.
Physical damage due to mishandling, incorrect installation, or wear and tear is not covered.
👉 If eligible, the replacement will be processed and delivered within 3 days from the date of approval.
Replacement & Warranty Support
For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee:
Claims must be made directly with the manufacturer as per their terms.
We will assist by providing manufacturer contact details and guidance, if needed.
No Returns or Refunds – Other Scenarios
We do not accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:
If the return request is made after 5 days of delivery.
If the product was delivered as described and in working condition.
Change of mind after delivery or ordering the wrong item by the customer.
Opened, used, or physically damaged items due to improper handling.
