Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Refund Eligibility

If a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund within 5 days of delivery.

  • The issue must be reported to us within this 5-day window.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all included accessories.

  • Physical damage due to mishandling, incorrect installation, or wear and tear is not covered.

👉 If eligible, the replacement will be processed and delivered within 3 days from the date of approval.


 

Replacement & Warranty Support

For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee:

  • Claims must be made directly with the manufacturer as per their terms.

  • We will assist by providing manufacturer contact details and guidance, if needed.


 

No Returns or Refunds – Other Scenarios

We do not accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

  • If the return request is made after 5 days of delivery.

  • If the product was delivered as described and in working condition.

  • Change of mind after delivery or ordering the wrong item by the customer.

  • Opened, used, or physically damaged items due to improper handling.
